How long does shipping take after I place an order?
Orders usually ship in 1–2 weeks after processing. During busy drops, give it a few extra days. You’ll get tracking once it’s out.
What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
That’s on us. If we messed up your order or something arrived damaged, hit us up within5 days of deliverywith a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. If you made a mistake or need to cancel, reach out within an hour of placing your order. After that, your item’s already being prepped and we can’t stop it
Do you restock items once they sell out?
Most of our pieces are limited and made in small batches—once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.If a design ever makes a comeback, it’ll be part of a new drop with a different twist.
